The NEO series comes in several configurations: 32 GB (2x16 GB), 64 GB (2x32 GB), 48 GB (2x24 GB), and 96 GB (2x48 GB), with speeds from 5600 MT/s to 8000 MT/s. Although designed for AMD with an EXPO profile, we tested it on Intel systems as well.

The reviewed kit (model F5-6000J2636G16GX2-TZ5NRW) features 32 GB capacity using two 16 GB sticks. It uses SK Hynix single-rank memory chips and stands 42.5 mm tall. The EXPO profile runs at DDR5-6000 MT/s with timings of 26-36-36-96-126 at 1.40 V, much faster than the standard JEDEC profile running at DDR5-4800 MT/s with 40-40-40-77-117 timings at 1.10 V.
