Word is that most of them are widows. Someone found this creepy list nailed to a broken cart. That thing got handed over to the police. Everyone is so scared that they are all sleeping in big groups now. They are trying to keep safe and maybe grab the dude if he shows up.

This killer situation is just making everything worse for Guruve. The place already had a ton of other violent crime going on. Now with this list floating around, nobody feels even a little bit safe. Some folks online are straight up demanding that the army police roll in to help hunt this guy down. The community is frozen, waiting for the next thing to happen.
