People who live in places like Mt Pleasant and Groombridge do not want these changes. They want the city to make better water pipes and sewers first. They think about their children and wonder if there will be enough schools for everyone.

In Newlands, many new apartments cause problems with electricity. Many families use power at the same time, breaking the electricity lines. People dig more wells for water because there are many new houses, making the water under the ground harder to reach. The people tell the city about these problems, but nothing changes.
