The people of Harare are fed up. They're tired of getting stuck with the bill for the city's money messes. They want the city to be straight with them about where the money's going. It's only fair, right?

Zimbabwe owes China a lot of money already. According to the Finance Minister, Mthuli Ncube, we're talking about $2.7 billion. That's a lot of zeroes. It makes you wonder how they're going to pay all that back. At least the Zimbabwe Multi-donor Trust Fund chipped in another $29.65 million to help fix up the water and sewage systems in Harare and other cities. Every little bit helps, I guess.
