Lululemon reported Q2 net revenue down 4% year-over-year to $2.4 billion and cut full-year guidance to $10.35-$10.5 billion. The board now has 11 directors, with no replacement named yet. O'Neill also sits on Hyatt Hotels and Lithia Motors boards.
