The first section alone contains over 800 homes, including apartments, villas, townhouses, and single-family houses. Ndebele mentioned they will finish more than 40 apartments very soon. Their current work focuses on phase 1A, which includes 48 apartments, 12 villas, 30 townhouses, and seven garden homes.
