There isn't any significant difference except Zimdancehall lyrics are often written in the context which Zim folks can relate to.

It all comes down to the person who is sitting behind the DAW in question (i.e. whether it's Steinberg's Cubase or Image-Line's FL Studio in this case).

There are all useful tools, but ultimately it's the producer who gets to be creative with these tools, and not the "Digital Audio Workstation" software programs themselves.

Well, at least not yet but maybe in future, some of these DAWS will have some form artificial intelligence to produce music.
