Business intelligence adoption has climbed to 86 percent from 80 percent in the previous reporting period.

Manoj Marwah, who leads the GCC financial services sector at EY India, noted that global enterprises are streamlining their operational structures and seeking locations where AI, data analytics, and risk management teams can function cohesively. Two-thirds of these centres have established dedicated innovation units to develop and test concepts for global deployment.
