The court turned down Nadia Vongai Mabvirakure when she asked for help keeping her business partners away from her tree nursery in Murehwa. Judge Happias Zhou made Mabvirakure pay all legal fees after rejecting her request completely. She had filed papers as The Trustees for the Time Being of the Green Rebirth Trust against three people - Batsirai Joel Matiza, Tichabaiwa Gwadu, and Familia Muvhimwa. Mabvirakure claimed she started the tree project with money from several donors, including Matiza, between September and November 2024. She said the three partners pushed her out on February 27, 2025, taking over the farm location by force. According to her court papers, these partners blocked her from entering her tree nursery and tried selling the plants to someone else without asking her first. Her legal request asked the court to give her back full control of the farming spot. She wanted an order stopping these three people from visiting the site or doing anything with the tree stock until they settled the entire dispute. Mabvirakure told the court she feared her partners would sell all her nursery plants and take the money, causing her permanent damage that nothing could fix. Judge Zhou decided against Mabvirakure despite her claims about possible harm. The court papers did not explain exactly why the judge made this decision. Because the court dismissed her application, Mabvirakure could not stop the other parties from managing the project as she requested. The court ruling means her former partners can continue their current activities with the tree nursery.
