ZIMASCO just told the Judicial Services Commission they think Judge Joel Mambara helped steal from their mining company. The CEO, John Musekiwa, wrote them on March 21, saying the judge made a ruling without telling ZIMASCO first. This weird ruling gave power to businessman Shepard Tundiya and his friend Denny Marandure through their company Avim Investments. The judge later changed his paperwork without letting anyone know, which breaks legal rules. ZIMASCO feels pretty mad about how fast everything happened. They say the whole case finished in just three hours from start to finish. The mining company believes this speed shows that something fishy happened. Musekiwa wrote that proper courts need to include all parties when changing orders. He thinks the judge actively joined a plan to rip off the chrome mining business instead of making an honest mistake. The mining company named two lawyers they believe helped with this plan. They said attorneys Valentine Kwande and Wilson Manase worked together with the judge to skip normal legal steps. The whole group wanted to grab control of ZIMASCO's money and operations, according to what the company claims happened. Musekiwa directly accused the judge of working with others to steal through fake court papers. The problem started when the first court order incorrectly named ZIMASCO as part of the case. Things got worse when the judge fixed this mistake privately. ZIMASCO believes the entire situation shows a plot against them rather than regular court business. The company wants officials to look into why a judge would make decisions that seem designed to help someone take over their business without following the proper legal process.
