Kagame Seals Doha Deal in a Visa Scandal Shockwave

Qatar and Rwanda made a new rule that their people can visit each other's countries without special papers. Both countries signed this friendly agreement when Rwanda's leader, President Kagame, went to Qatar to meet their leader, Sheikh Tamim.

People from Rwanda and Qatar can stay in each other's countries for 30 days without asking for permission first. This makes it much easier for families to travel and for business people to work together. Rwanda already lets people from more than 50 different countries come to visit easily, and many countries let Rwandan people visit them easily.

President Kagame and Sheikh Tamim had a good meeting in Qatar. They talked about ways their countries can help each other grow stronger. They want more planes to fly between their countries, and they want to sell more things to each other. They also want people from both countries to start new businesses together.

Rwanda and Qatar have been friends for many years. Both countries believe in being fair and helping each other grow. They think this new travel rule will help more people visit both countries and make both places richer. The leaders are working hard to make sure everyone understands these new rules and can use them soon.
