The pumps work perfectly after recent checks by staff members. Workers have already finished 85% of the treatment plant. Dr. Mugisha asked his team to solve any remaining problems quickly. He stressed quality work and talking with all the people involved in the project.

NWSC projects director Eng. Paddy Twesigye mentioned benefits for both rural and city areas. Staff currently check equipment and water flow levels daily. Once finished, people in Mbarara City and Isingiro will have much better water service. The project should wrap up by June 2025 as planned.
