The Kavango West education team held its seventh yearly awards event at Mururani Combined School on Friday. The region jumped from fifth place to second place at the ordinary level. Musore credited teachers' hard work and leadership for these achievements.

Former deputy education director Joseph Kandjimi shared his success formula, POIME. He explained that it means Planning, Organizing, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation. Parents trust teachers will use both external and internal motivation methods. Kandjimi advised students directly: "Make your study schedule and stick to it every day. Never change your plan or put off your work."
