Amupanda claimed this company serves as a middleman for state tenders, often awarding contracts to associates of defense officials.

The case involves a N$255 million tender for building 510 classrooms. Ultimate Traders CC, allegedly subcontracted by August 26 Construction, received payments authorized by Sachika. These funds went through Tushiko Internet Technologies CC before landing in various accounts, including N$700,000 that eventually reached Sachika's daughter.

Amupanda stated that his investigation showed Sachika also received money from these transfers. He alleged that Ultimate Traders submitted fake documents to redirect millions owed to August 26 Construction. Last year, Amupanda accused the defense ministry of paying N$8 million for a single car part.

He questioned why no action followed his evidence presentation. Amupanda suggested that August 26 Holdings needs examination to ensure it serves military interests rather than becoming a corruption hub.
