The army left Uganda in 2006 but kept hurting people in other countries like South Sudan, Congo, and the Central African Republic. The International Criminal Court wants to catch Kony because he did very bad things.

The Uganda government helps former fighters and their families come home. They want peace in all the places where Kony's army caused problems.
