Leadtek just added three new graphics cards to their lineup from the GeForce RTX 50 series. These WinFast models mark a comeback for the Taiwanese company that many gamers haven't heard much from lately. Back at Computex 2023, tech reporters checked out several RTX 40-series cards from Leadtek. The company mainly makes professional NVIDIA graphics cards for data science and high-performance computing. NVIDIA barely mentions Leadtek when talking about their manufacturing partners. The fresh WinFast cards come with Blackwell chips and completely redesigned outer shells. According to VideoCardz, Leadtek has mostly sold its gaming products across Asian markets during the past ten years. Gamers in America and Europe probably won't see the new WinFast RTX 5090 HURRICANE 32G, RTX 5080 HURRICANE 16G, or RTX 5070 Ti HURRICANE 16G on store shelves. The 2025 WinFast HURRICANE design features three fans working together, a serious cooling system, and an updated metal backing plate. Leadtek claims the card uses ten heat pipes to keep temperatures low. Their product description explains these include three 10mm pipes and seven 8mm pipes, plus large aluminum cooling fins and a vapor chamber base that quickly moves heat away from important parts. All three new cards match exactly what NVIDIA recommends for specifications, which makes the HURRICANE cooling system seem like overkill. Leadtek hasn't shared any prices yet or posted anything official on its website. The top model, RTX 5090 HURRICANE, looks bulkier than its smaller brothers. Leadtek decorated their best card with fancy ARGB lighting strips labeled Esports, but the RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 Ti models only have simple silver decorations instead.
