The police went to Lil Smart's house in Lagos and arrested him. He lives in Megamound Estate. When the police talked to him, Lil Smart said he was sorry. He wrote down that he lied about everything and couldn't prove any of his stories.

The police found things in his house that showed he had been telling lies on the internet. They said Lil Smart comes from a place called Ijebu Igbo. He used his Instagram account to say bad things about Naira Marley. He even pretended someone took his money, but that wasn't true either.
