Airtel Malawi representative Patrick Mleya affirmed their commitment to fair treatment of consumers through various support channels, including service centers.
Board Chairperson Bridget Chibwana noted how digital technology changes daily life, creating opportunities in health, economics, and innovation. She emphasized that consumer protection requires teamwork between MACRA, service providers, telecommunications, broadcasting, and postal sectors. The authority organized a Consumer Complaints Clinic for direct interaction between users and service providers.
