President John Dramani Mahama picked 15 people to represent Ghana around the world. He talked with the Council of State before making these choices. Dr Callistus Mahama wrote a letter to the Foreign Affairs Minister about the new jobs. The letter explained which countries would receive new Ghanaian representatives. These appointments will help Ghana work better with other nations. Benjamin Quashie will serve as High Commissioner to South Africa. Kojo Bonsu received the job as Ambassador to China. Kulsoume Sinare Baffoe will represent Ghana as Ambassador to Spain. Hammed Rashid Tunde Ali got picked for Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates at Abu Dhabi. Grace El Mahmoud Marabe will work as Consul-General to Dubai. Professor Ohene Adjei will head to Germany as Ambassador. Abdul Nasiru-Deen received the Turkey Ambassador position. Theresah Adjei-Mensah will serve the Czech Republic as Ambassador. Professor Kwasi Obiri-Danso got chosen for Ambassador to India. Dr Dora Francisca Edu-Buandoh will represent Ghana as Ambassador to Canada. More appointments went to other important locations around the globe. Dr Margaret Miewien Chebere will serve as Ambassador to Denmark. Labik Joseph Yaani received the Equatorial Guinea Ambassador job. Nii Amasah Namoale will work as Ambassador to Brazil. Dr Felix Kumah Godwin Anebo got picked as Ambassador to Senegal. The Foreign Affairs Ministry must start the paperwork to make these appointments official. President Mahama wants to strengthen Ghana's relationships with countries across different continents. These new diplomats will promote Ghana's interests and values abroad. The appointments show the government's commitment to active global engagement. Each representative will work to build stronger ties between Ghana and their host countries.
