His team hopes he will be ready for that weekend event.

The Moto3 and Moto2 classes also see rider changes for Germany. Lenoxx Phommara takes over for injured rider Lunetta in Moto3 competition. Taiga Hada jumps into Moto2 action with the Idemitsu Honda Team Asia, replacing Mario Suryo Aji for this race. Hada has not competed in world championship events since 2023. Three other Moto3 riders cannot compete due to injuries. Matteo Bertelle, Ruche Moodley, and Luca Lunetta all sit out the German weekend. Marcos Uriarte, Leonardo Abruzzo, and Lenoxx Phommara will ride their bikes instead.
