However, he only planted 46ha and sold the surplus.

This included 2.5 tonnes of maize seed, 1,300 bags of Compound D fertilizer, and chemicals. By using part of the inputs and selling the rest, Marumahoko allegedly prejudiced ARDA of US$37,950. He had deputized in several ministries, including Foreign Affairs, Home Affairs, Regional Integration, and International Cooperation.
