Mr. Johnson Natuhwera disagreed with these lawyers. He said the military court did have the right to put Mr. Kiiza in jail. "The big court says military courts can handle some cases," he said. "Mr. Kiiza broke the rules in that court, and they gave him a smaller punishment than they could have."

Judge Singiza will announce his decision on Monday, March 3, at 2:30 p.m. The judge must decide whether Mr. Kiiza should stay in jail or go home.
