[QUOTE="Nehanda, post: 25470, member: 2262"] A special leader named Alice Kaboyo visited a new hospital called Reborn in Mpererwe. She felt happy because this hospital helps many people stay healthy. The hospital has many new machines and can fix many health problems that used to make people travel far away to other countries. The hospital was a wonderful idea by a woman named Jalia Namigadde. Jalia moved to America when she was 30 and worked with doctors there. One day, she went to see a doctor who told her about important health tests she had never heard about before. This made her think hard about helping people back home in Uganda. She worked very hard for seven years to save money and build this new hospital. The new Reborn Hospital can help mothers have babies, make sick children feel better, and fix teeth. They also have special machines that can take pictures of people's bodies to find out what makes them sick. Doctors at the hospital can help people right away if they have an emergency. Mrs. Kaboyo thinks more people from Uganda who live in other countries should build helpful things at home like Jalia did. She believes the best way to make Uganda better is for its own people to bring their money and smart ideas back to help others. Jalia wants to make the hospital even better, but the road to it needs fixing because it is full of dust. Mrs. Kaboyo promised the government would help places like Reborn Hospital improve healthcare for everyone. She said people like Jalia fight to make Uganda better by building new things instead of using weapons. She hopes more people will follow Jalia's example and help make their country stronger.
