Mr Ulega liked how they're fixing car shops all over Tanzania. But he said the workers need to think creatively and use better tools to do their jobs well.

Dr Charles Msonde thinks all the offices in the Works Ministry should help each other. He says this would improve things for everyone in Tanzania.
