President Mnangagwa thanked the Seventh Day Adventist Church for helping build Zimbabwe. He spoke at a New Year's Eve event in Harare called "Celestial Chorus Volume 2 Soiree."

The gathering drew many important people. Ministers, diplomats, and stars came to the Rainbow Towers, and many church members joined them.

"Your church stays true to our nation," Mnangagwa said. He praised their work in schools, health care, and helping people in need. These efforts match his dream of making Zimbabwe rich and strong.

He asked everyone to spread joy in the new year. "Let's work together for a better Zimbabwe," he said. He wants all faith groups to pray for the country's leaders.

Church leader Kudakwashe Tagwireyi addressed the young people at the event. Youth Minister Tino Machakaire and other officials heard his message. Tagwireyi urged young people to stand up for what's right. "Be a friend to all, not an enemy," he said.

The night ended with songs. Big names in gospel music played church songs. Janet Manyowa and Everton Mlalazi led the show. Many other singers joined them on stage.
