During the same ceremony, he also appointed Albert Nguluvhe as Matabeleland South Provincial and Devolution Affairs Minister. Both officials received their new jobs last week through presidential appointments. Ndlovu steps into the role previously held by Dr Sithembiso Nyoni, who recently lost her position. Nguluvhe takes the job that Ndlovu left behind.
