Munyawarara promised the toilets would arrive by late July 2023. When nothing showed up, Mvukwe called him many times. He made excuses and became hard to reach. During court, Munyawarara said Mvukwe made up these claims. He told the judge she created this story to hide an illegal deal between them. Tafara Chirambira served as the prosecutor for this case.
