Mr. Moses Byaruhanga met with market women at Kalerwe last Friday. He started two loan programs for vendors and motorcycle drivers on behalf of President Museveni. He asked sellers to record videos if anyone tries to take their items. Mr. Byaruhanga plans to talk with the KCCA head about this problem. He said house owners should not pay property tax unless they rent out space. He gave five million shillings to luggage carriers and another five million to the women's vendors group.

Ms. Justine Namata thanked the President for helping everyday Ugandans improve their lives. She said his support helps women better care for their families.
