Ms. Mwangi thinks there are problems with how Mr. Obodha was chosen for the job. She says the way it happened is a mystery, and she argues that it goes against the rules in Kenya's Constitution.

The Constitution says these kinds of things must be done in a way that people can understand. Ms. Mwangi claims that did not occur in this case. She says there is no proof that the correct steps were followed.

The attorney general and the cement company are part of the court case. The judge will hear more about the issue in the future. But for now, Mr. Obodha cannot become the head of the company.
