NCAA reports improved financial performance for the 2024-25 year

The Namibia Civil Aviation Authority significantly improved its financial standing for the 2024/25 fiscal year. It reduced its operational deficit to one million dollars, a substantial decrease from the previous year's eight million dollar loss. The organization also reported a comprehensive profit of 52 million dollars, more than doubling its prior result. Total assets grew by 66 percent, reaching one billion dollars.

This performance aligns with the authority's five-year strategic plan, focusing on financial stability and safety oversight. The organization received an unqualified audit opinion for the period.

Major modernization projects are continuing, including the installation of new radar and advanced air traffic management systems. These infrastructure upgrades are part of ongoing efforts to enhance national aviation capabilities.
