Mela 7.12 renames Group to Lane, cleaning up the core concepts since Group basically worked as a lane the whole time. A top-level version becomes a Lane submodule sitting in the root Stack, and MIDI Group flips to MIDI Lane for consistency. Heads up though, the patch migrator swaps the module type but won't touch anything with "Group" still baked into its title. Sixteen-voice polyphony arrives here, with Voice Activity updated to match. Collapsed lanes hold their position now, so the visual layout mirrors signal-flow order and consecutive ones stack side by side. The Arpeggiator gets sharper Manual and Free modes, keeping the active note indicator visible right beside the Position slider. Two fresh factory patches show off Free mode, with Arp Improvisor landing in MIDI FX and Free Arpeggiator dropping into Subpatches. Patches built with a Lane root open straight into it rather than wrapping inside another Lane. Nikolozi also squashed a couple of rare crashes, one triggered when the Pitch Ratio module showed before the host began rendering, another from hosts pushing larger audio buffers than the plugin expected. The whole thing runs as a modular AUv3 across iOS and macOS.
