The National Petroleum Authority donated food to help Muslims during Ramadan. On Friday, they brought rice, sugar, cooking oil, milo, milk, and water to Sheikh Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu at his home in Fadama. NPA Chief Executive Godwin Kudzo Tameklo said he wanted to share blessings during the holy month. He admires how Islam encourages people who have enough to share with those who need help. He hoped their gift would inspire others to give as well. Mr. Tameklo brought his deputies, Dr. Sheila Addo and Dr. Dramani Bukari, with him. He praised the Chief Imam for keeping peace in Ghana since 1992. Everyone listens when the Imam speaks because he has much influence. The NPA boss called him a peacemaker who solves problems and makes sure everyone stays calm. Ghanaians pray Allah will give the Imam many more years to continue his important work as a steady force for good. The CEO mentioned his respect for Caliph Abu Bakr from Islamic history. Abu Bakr took over after Prophet Muhammad and helped spread the religion widely. Tameklo asked the Imam to pray for his success in running the NPA for Ghana's benefit. He also requested special prayers for President John Dramani Mahama, whom he described as the Imam's son, to succeed with plans for national growth and progress. Sheikh Sharubutu thanked Tameklo for helping Muslim staff during Ramadan. He said Allah rewards people who care for others, especially during this sacred month. The Imam prayed for Ghana to stay peaceful and for President Mahama's team to govern well. He expressed gratitude to the NPA and asked Allah to support Tameklo and his management team in all their work. Many NPA Directors, Department Heads, and officers joined the visit as part of the delegation.
