Dr. Tomi Coker says SFH really helped Ogun State track and understand family planning numbers better than before. As Health Commissioner, she accepted brand new data tools Thursday on behalf of everyone in the state. She pointed out that teaming up with SFH lets officials make smarter choices backed by facts when planning family programs. Dr. Coker says these new tools will help the state take huge steps forward with its family planning services. Better services mean healthier people all across the state. The tools make tracking numbers, studying trends, and using that knowledge much easier when officials create rules and programs about family planning. The head of the SFH team, Mrs. Omolara Adeyemo, praised Ogun State for making health a priority for citizens. She stressed the importance of keeping accurate records when offering top-notch family planning help. SFH has been working closely with the state to improve sexual and Reproductive Health for everyone. Together they trained 400 people who help with family planning, fixed up 200 health centers, and taught record-keeping staff about keeping clean data. They also sent 60 people into neighborhoods to spread the word. The new tools include cards for clients, daily use logs, inventory cards, planning registers, monthly report sheets, and supply tracking forms for service locations.
