Her lawyer Bernard Owiredu Donkor from Thompson Law Consult filed the legal papers. The case asks the court to declare that Telecel violated Abbey's image rights. She wants the telecommunications company to pay compensation for the harm caused. The lawsuit also demands removal of all advertisements featuring her picture.
