Next year's state budget continues the initiative with a bigger total funding pool across four aid clusters. The religious cluster alone will get almost eight million for nine programs, including direct grants to mosques and suraus, plus benefits for hajj pilgrims and funeral aid.

Wan Rosdy also thanked the utility company TNB for its corporate responsibility work. The company gave fifteen thousand ringgit to one hundred fifty students at a local primary school.
