Play Reno and Rude on PC with new Rebirth mod

Fans discovered new playable characters coming to Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on PC. A YouTube video from D3DNieR shows players controlling Reno and Rude with their complete battle abilities. These characters need more work because Reno lacks voice acting. Their special moves currently cost nothing to use. Both fighters function surprisingly well despite these issues.

The PC version launched earlier this year, and many fan-created modifications appeared online. These improvements add features missing from the standard game. Players can increase party members beyond the normal three-person limit. They can also include temporary characters like Zack and Sephiroth outside their limited segments. Another modification lets gamers add Cid and Vincent to groups. However, these characters crash the game when placed in active combat positions because they lack move sets.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth remains available for purchase worldwide on PlayStation 5 and PC platforms. Modders continue expanding gameplay options beyond developer intentions. The characters from the Turks organization seem nearly ready for full implementation. Community creators focus on making all story characters usable throughout the adventure. Technical limitations remain the biggest challenge for complete character integration.
