QNAP made their AMIZcloud system better by adding remote switch checking. This helps companies manage networks more easily and cuts down on repair costs. Right away, you can use this with these switches: QSW-M3224-24T, QSW-IM3216-8S8T, QSW-M3216R-8S8T, QSW-M3212R-8S4T, and QSW-M7308R-4X. QNAP plans to add more switch types later. AMIZcloud works through the internet and lets tech staff control QNAP NAS, switches, and other network devices from just one screen. Companies don't need extra servers to run it, which saves money on hardware care. The system groups things by "Organizations" and "Sites" so users see devices clearly across different departments. This works great for businesses with many locations and lots of equipment because it keeps everything secure, fast, and cheap to run. Ronald Hsu from QNAP talked about how tech teams struggle with taking care of machines spread across many places. He said AMIZcloud gives an easy answer that doesn't cost much for handling multiple devices. Tech teams can quickly check if NAS drives and switches work correctly, making their jobs much faster. He promised they would keep making the software better and add more ways to watch and set up devices from far away. Users must upgrade their switches to the newest QSS v4.1 or QSS Pro v4.1 software to connect them to AMIZcloud. The new version includes cloud control that helps tech staff fix problems from anywhere and spend less on upkeep. It shows details like IP address, temperature, and software version. It also tracks fiber ports in real time, watching power, heat, voltage, and connection health. The system supports IGMP Snooping with quality of service for video walls with less delay. It offers better traffic control through Queue Scheduling and Strict Policy. ACL Mirroring can copy specific data to watching devices.
