The rain might let up a little bit for Christmas Day itself, but it will keep going. People should plan for very cold nights too, with temperatures dropping sharply in Central Kenya. Daytime will still be hot in some western areas, getting up to around thirty-two degrees. This weather could mess up travel and holiday events. Officials are telling everyone to watch out for flash floods and lightning, and to think about changing their outdoor plans.
