Independent video game studio Sloclap has launched the first branded cosmetics partnership for Rematch. The collaboration brings Puma sportswear items to the arcade-style soccer game. Players can equip Puma jerseys, shorts, shin guards and boots from the Future performance line. The partnership marks a significant step for the recently released multiplayer football game. More branded content will arrive later as part of the ongoing collaboration. Rematch debuted on June 19 and attracted over 92,000 concurrent Steam players on its first day. The game changes traditional soccer rules by removing fouls, offsides, throw-ins and goal kicks. Matches happen inside closed arenas where the ball never stops moving. Players focus on dribbling, positioning and scoring under constant pressure. The fast-paced gameplay keeps action flowing from start to finish. Sloclap announced the Puma partnership on June 27. Félix Garczynski from Sloclap called Puma a perfect partner for capturing energy, style and competition. Ivan Dashkov from Puma said football is part of their company DNA. The collaboration fits naturally with the game identity. Developers confirmed crossplay features remain under active development. Recent updates have addressed major gameplay problems. One patch removed the outfield dive exploit that let players bypass stamina limits. The update also fixed wall climbing glitches that allowed unnatural arena movement. Camera jitter during goal replays received fixes as well. General stability improvements help the game run more smoothly across different systems.
