[QUOTE="Nehanda, post: 27554, member: 2262"] Russians killed at least 11 people in Dobropillya during their latest attack. Many others suffered injuries when missiles hit the town. Dobropillya sits northwest of Donetsk city, which Russian forces currently hold. The strike damaged eight homes where families lived, plus one government building. This happened late Friday night, according to emergency workers in the area. Donetsk regional leader Vadym Filashkin posted on Telegram saying, "Russia kills civilians." He shared that Friday's death count across Donetsk reached 20 people total, with 43 more hurt. Filashkin noted these numbers leave out anybody wounded in Mariupol and Volnovakha because Russian military forces control both places right. Major Volodymyr Omelyan from Ukraine's Armed Forces called the Dobropillya attack "typical" behavior from Russian forces. He told BBC radio listeners that missile strikes happen every day throughout Donetsk. Regular people die or suffer injuries constantly from these attacks. The Major stated Ukrainians must keep fighting because they have no other choice. He believes Russians feel encouraged by recent comments from Trump about leaving Europe, removing sanctions against Russia, and cutting off Ukrainian intelligence along with military supplies. Omelyan expressed concern about Washington removing access to satellite pictures. He described the situation as "fighting blind" for Ukrainian forces. Without these images, Ukraine cannot see what Russia is preparing to do inside its borders anymore, making predicting their next attack direction nearly impossible. The Major explained their current situation, saying: "You hear the noise and feel the enemy, but you cannot see it." This leaves Ukrainian defenders at a serious disadvantage against Russian forces.
