The High Court ruled yesterday on a case filed by more than 80 Standard Chartered Bank employees. They asked the court to block the bank's sale to Access Bank Gambia Limited until their lawsuit ends. They want end-of-service pay, severance packages, redundancy payments, and Provident Fund money owed when their jobs end.
