In February, Mr. Chiminya went to see Chief Seke. He told Him that he was no longer a chief and that a man named Masimba Rubatika was the new Chief.

From June to October, Mr. Chiminya named three more chiefs. He picked them for places called Chirumhanzu and Zaka. But he did not have the right to do that.

The real Chief Seke told the government what Mr. Chiminya did. He did that in June.

The government says only the president can choose or remove chiefs, as the law and the constitution provide. They say Mr. Chiminya broke those rules.
