Police used license plate cameras to track down Kempton's damaged car at her family's home. Officers arrested her Friday and charged her with leaving the scene of a deadly crash. A judge set her bail at $100,000 which her relatives paid Saturday morning. Kempton could spend up to seven years in prison if found guilty. Burack sold luxury homes for well-known companies and appeared on the popular Netflix series about Hampton real estate deals.
