Grammy winner Tems received a special honor at Billboard's first Global Power Players Event. She became the first Nigerian woman honored at Billboard's Women in Music Event last year. The Oscar-nominated star continues breaking barriers for African artists on global stages. Her achievements help open doors for future musicians from the continent.
