Tomoko Akane asked all the countries who believe in the court to help protect it. Many important countries listened. The Gambia joined with other African countries like Sierra Leone and South Africa. Big countries like France and the United Kingdom helped defend the court. All these countries wrote a message together saying they would keep supporting the court's work. They promised to make sure no one stopped the court from doing its job fairly.
