The General thanked America for helping Uganda grow stronger. He said America has done many nice things to improve the lives of people in Uganda. He wants Uganda and America to keep being good friends and to do more good things together.

Mr. Popp thanked General Muhoozi for meeting with him. He liked how Uganda helps people who run away from scary places find new homes. He also said Uganda does a good job-fighting bad people in another country called Somalia. Mr. Popp wants America and Uganda to be even better friends in the future.
