Several groups, including the Kampala Capital City Authority, Prime Minister's Office, and emergency teams, are meeting right as we speak to solve these problems.

Obua admitted to Parliament that nature causes some weather disasters, but people make them worse. He said we fail to protect our environment in many ways. Everyone must become environmental defenders before things deteriorate further. Our bad habits hurt nature and create bigger problems. Many parts of Uganda face terrible flooding that kills people, forces them from their homes, and destroys property.
