Uganda opened its first armored vehicle showroom through a deal between the United Arab Emirates Streit Group and National Enterprise Corporation. James Mugira thanked Streit Group for supporting this project. The two groups signed their agreement in July 2019. This deal led to a factory in Nakasongola that President Museveni launched in 2022.

The showroom gives Ugandans a chance to see military vehicles up close. People can learn how these machines work when they visit. The display shows what the partnership between foreign companies and local military business units can create. Visitors can ask questions about different models and their features. This marks a new step for defense technology access in the country.
