Uganda's President Museveni met with officials from South Sudan and the Central African Republic at Fort Portal State Lodge. They discussed building a 1,100-kilometer road to link their countries. The next meeting will happen after the expert team finishes its inspection. At the end of the meeting, ministers from all three countries signed papers.
