The store page says buyers can expect their drives "within 1 week." Western Digital specs highlight the impressive 2400 TBW endurance rating for the 4 TB version. The smaller 1 TB and 2 TB models actually beat it slightly in speed tests. TechPowerUp gave the 2 TB SN7100 an "Editor's Choice" award in their review but mentioned they wanted a bigger capacity option. We might see this 4 TB drive tested at W1zz headquarters soon.
